Welcome to Dotzz Marketplace. This User Agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between you and Dotzz Marketplace Inc. regarding your use of our platforms, services, and applications.

1. Buying on Dotzz

When you place an order or win an auction, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. All transactions are protected under the Dotzz Money Back Guarantee.

2. Selling on Dotzz

Sellers agree to accurately represent item conditions, ship orders within their declared handling times, and honor the 30-day return policy for damaged or not-as-described goods.

3. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Dotzz strictly prohibits counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, and unauthorized copies. Violations result in immediate account termination.
